Sri Dr. Bollini Dinaker Babu is a self-made man. Having served society in various capacities as an Administrator in Government and Politics in his early days, he rendered nearly 22 years of dedicated service in the Telecom Sector, contributing towards the protection and service of the nation with discipline and patriotism.
He dedicated the latter part of his life to the cause of education. He established DBB Institute in 2008 to provide opportunities to deserving students during a period when professional education was a far-fetched dream for many in rural areas.
